It's completely, 100 percent normal to feel grateful

for all the things you have in your life...

but still want more.

I’m Robin, a proud Gen Xer with rainbow-colored hair and a big passion for life.

And I’m here to help YOU find YOUR more.

Do you feel like something’s missing?

You cruised past 40 and waited for that moment when all the puzzle pieces would form a clear picture.
Because you are supposed to have it all together by the time you’re 40, amiright?
You look around at everyone else. Friends, family. And either they seem to have a storybook life. Or they’ve completely given up.
And you’re still waiting for your pieces to fall into place.

Yeesh. That’s NOT how it was supposed to be.
What happened? You did all the right things, followed the advice, checked the boxes. You love your family, of course. You wouldn’t change that for anything.
But it feels like you are living the wrong life. It hasn’t made you happy. Worse, you feel guilty about all of it.

Well, let’s start right there.
Because it is entirely normal and OK to feel gratitude for all the things that you have in your life, but still want more. Wanting more really is understanding that inside of you, you have more to share and you have more to contribute.
It’s easy to write all this off as a midlife crisis, hormones, perimenopause. You’re just being an emotional woman.
I say BULL****.

I’m not saying those things don’t exist. But I am saying that’s NOT why you feel that it’s time to try something new.

The fact is that you are more ready, better qualified, more capable, and more connected than you’ve ever been before.

The universe is giving you a nudge.
Now is your time.

And you’re in the right place.

I see you.
My name is Robin Carberry.
I’m a personal development and business coach. And I have walked a couple o’ thousand miles in your high heels (and in your flip flops), so I get you.

It didn’t happen overnight, but I went from unhappy 9-5er in a job I never identified with to helping Gen X Women find the “MORE” they deserve at work and in life.

After the crash in 2008, I knew I had to do something else with my life. Because what was the point of constantly worrying about losing a job I hated?

I absolutely refused to accept or believe that all the hours of my life that I devoted to work had to drain me dry instead of lifting me up. I knew there was something MORE for me other than hitting the snooze button every morning because I just didn’t wanna.
And sitting there as the company downsized, watching friends get called to a conference room, then walk out the door with a cardboard box filled with their personal belongings made it 1000x worse.

Gif with woman saying "And she fired me"
I didn’t get fired. But maybe that’s because I wasn’t waiting around any longer for that to happen. I decided it was way past time for MORE.

It didn’t happen overnight. I made mistakes. I took 10 steps forward and five steps back.

Frankly, it would have been a whole lot easier if I had a roadmap designed by someone who had life experience like mine. Someone who knew that it’s not too late to do something different. Someone who could teach me to translate my skills to the new opportunities that continue to show themselves when you know how to find them.

But I figured it out.
And I want to hand you the map I didn’t have.
So you don’t have to deal with the mistake part and the backwards part because I did that for you 😜
Wouldn’t it be awesome if…
Macbook Pro on a bed with a cup of coffee next to it
OK, so not everyone will become a morning person ☕
But I can show Gen Xers how to jump off the “it’s too late to try something new/that’s why they call it work” treadmill and start doing something positively different – whether that’s starting an online business or switching gears and careers.
